General Description

MedLearn Media promises to provide healthcare providers throughout the nation the kind of timely, relevant news and educational information that helps to improve their coding accuracy, understand the complexities of regular compliance and meet their overall financial initiatives.  

In this first to hire role you will develop relationships with current and new subscribers of our newly launched web-based portals to empower customers to achieve their goals through the utilization of our portals. In addition to developing relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor, the CSM is responsible for account set up, content uploads, nurturing contract renewals, conducting periodic health checks with clients, and working with the inside sales, marketing and product teams to provide accurate insight and feedback to ensure loyalty and a high rate of retention and expansion.   

The ideal candidate will be a digital savvy, customer centric, growth oriented, multitasker who to likes to outperform expectations and is a curious and diligent critical thinker. Success in this role will require a self-disciplined, organized individual. 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Maintains a specific renewal and retention rate with customers 
  • Grow current customers by upselling additional users or other add on packages 
  • Conduct client service calls for periodic health checks, report o users and gain market research and insight 
  • Basic knowledge of platform system and tools
  • Strive for excellent customer service and timely delivery, ensuring any concerns are handled with tact and finesse
  • Lessons learned are identified and shared with the relevant teams including sales, product and marketing
  • Set up and engage with customer to promote portal adoption and onboarding strategies

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+years of experience in client services and sales 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Office 365 – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
  • WordPress or other content management system experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and interdepartmentally

General Description

MedLearn Media is looking for a motivated, professional and organized Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for obtaining and closing new business for the organization and works within core offerings at MedLearn Media which includes educational content for healthcare providers throughout the US. The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with growing the client base by prospecting through outbound phone calling and using multiple methods to meet with new prospects, focusing on provider settings that have a traditional smaller annual buy or are new to the organization.

Individuals successful in this position have the outstanding ability to work both independently and within a team environment, have excellent communications and customer relations skills with proven ability to communicate with end users which may include managers, directors and executives, and be knowledgeable about the needs required to solve the business challenges of the client.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute a planned approach by creating a sales plan for accounts and contacts to target, activities, and milestones leading to the generation of sales.
  • Managing and progressing a qualified pipeline of opportunities by prioritizing assigned accounts and contacts and advancing opportunities with a disciplined and organized approach.
  • Understand what’s working and what’s not to make necessary adjustments in the sales approach or activity levels to achieve sales team revenue
  • Submit forecasts and pipeline reports to management on a timely basis.

The marketing specialist will be a key component of the marketing team. This role will execute a variety of deliverables across different areas (ecommerce, email marketing, coordination, fulfillment, etc) as they align with marketing campaigns. Primary responsibilities will include building and deploying emails, updating web store with product updates and promotions, and tracking campaign performance.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to prepare and send a variety of email communications to customers and prospects
  • Create and manage email marketing list segments
  • Maintaining websites by adding/updating new products, promotions, and content.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing results, including email and web analytics, CRM data, survey results and vendor-reported data
  • Quality control to ensure links work, images load properly, etc.
  • Proofread paid premium content, promotional emails, and email newsletters.
  • Follow best practices in email marketing, including testing, segmentation and monitoring analytics
  • Adjust marketing calendar as directed based on campaign adjustments.
  • Ensure proper coding of offer sources, conversions and customer service orders
  • Cross-train and provide back up support on other web and production responsibilities.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of service providers and mar-tech software and applications 
  • Understanding of email marketing practices (segmentation, KPIs, survey creation, and automation).
  • Proficient in basic HTML, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

In this role you will identify and develop new business opportunities; maintain and grow existing clients; offer solutions to help clients achieve their business goals; close business; meet sales targets; and meet with prospective clients. 

The ideal candidate will be a digital savvy, goal oriented, multitasker who to likes to outperform expectations and is a curious and diligent critical thinker. Success in this role will require a self-disciplined, organized individual. 

This is a full-time remote position that offers an uncapped commission structure.
