General Description
MedLearn Media is looking for a motivated, professional and organized Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for obtaining and closing new business for the organization and works within core offerings at MedLearn Media which includes educational content for healthcare providers throughout the US. The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with growing the client base by prospecting through outbound phone calling and using multiple methods to meet with new prospects, focusing on provider settings that have a traditional smaller annual buy or are new to the organization.
Individuals successful in this position have the outstanding ability to work both independently and within a team environment, have excellent communications and customer relations skills with proven ability to communicate with end users which may include managers, directors and executives, and be knowledgeable about the needs required to solve the business challenges of the client.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute a planned approach by creating a sales plan for accounts and contacts to target, activities, and milestones leading to the generation of sales.
- Managing and progressing a qualified pipeline of opportunities by prioritizing assigned accounts and contacts and advancing opportunities with a disciplined and organized approach.
- Understand what’s working and what’s not to make necessary adjustments in the sales approach or activity levels to achieve sales team revenue
- Submit forecasts and pipeline reports to management on a timely basis.
- Identify shortfalls and develop plans to ensure sales plans are achieved.
- Effectively qualifying and prioritize opportunities to pursue
- Qualifying all leas that come in through websites, phones and company email inbox
- Minimum call activity of 80-100 daily outbound calls and/or 3 hours of connect time daily
- Maintaining customer and account information in company’s current database
Education / Experience Requirements
- 2+years minimum successful phone sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Goal-oriented and ambitious, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with a CRM system
