Are the level II “G” codes still assigned for presumptive drug tests?


No, effective January 1, 2017, the AMA CPT Editorial Panel established new CPT codes 80305, 80306, and 80307 to describe the same tests, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services terminated the G codes.
