Question:

A stent was placed into a bridge lesion that crossed over from the left main to the left anterior descending artery.  Can two stent codes be reported with 92928 LM and 92928 LD?

Answer:

No.  When one intervention resolved a lesion that is in two coronary arteries, only one 92928 code would be reported.
