Unfortunately, there is no code for tomosynthesis-only guided biopsy or localization. You would report unlisted code 19499 to include both the guidance and the biopsy and/or localization. If you used a combination of stereotactic and tomosynthesis guidance, you would report code 19081 for the biopsy or 19283 for the localization.
